I have one doubt.I am new to the VC++.In VC++ windows application can able to add panels like in c#?If able to add mean give me one sample program?

You could do it but it takes quite a lot of work. One possibility would be to use splitter windows which you dynamically resize according to their content, or an MDI application which you treat similarly. The bottom line is that in .NET forms, such things are part of the framework and most of the work is done for you, in Win32/MFC there is not such a large framework and you have to do a lot more coding for yourself.
