how do you mean ? Make the items editable, or just change an item ? you can change it easy enough, just access the item in the items array. Perhaps if you explain a bit better ( edit your post ) and tell us what you have tried, we can be more specific.

While in the Visual Studio Designer for the form that contains the listbox, right click on the listbox and click "Edit Items". Unless you were talking about doing this at runtime, in which case you need to update your original post (i.e., do not post an answer to your post, but instead edit your actual question) to clarify what you mean.
