Hello,

I am using sql server 2005.All working fine yesterday,but today i got error

{System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

i not made any changes in database

Okay and? Did you disconnect the computer from the network? Is SQL Server running? Did you make any changes in your code? Did you bother troubleshooting this at all? Can you ping the server from your computer?

Just explore sql server configuration manager, and enable features like named pipes and other....give it a try
