I have a database of some words, but I don't know j2me programming. Does anybody have any software that input a database and creates a mobile dictionary?

If you don't know programming, what will you do with it ? Do you want an interface, or just a class that takes a word and returns a definition ? ( I'm not offering to do this for you, just trying to get you to clarify )

Yes, that's almost what I want. But there must also be a way to specify words database without programming. For example, the program accepts dic.csv as the words database and then search though it to return user query. Could you please give me something like that?
