Webservice.asmx' has not been pre-compiled, and cannot be requested

i have get method in webservice.asmx class which is called by ajax in .aspx file to retrieve all codes. So when i published this in local server(IIS 7.5 and version V4.5) its working fine but when i am publishing in other server(IIS 10 and version V4.5) then getting error "

/xxx/xxx/webservice.asmx' has not been pre-compiled, and cannot be requested.

".
i have looked all posted solution in google but couldnot get any solution which can help on this issue.

What I have tried:

1)I have compared local server webconfig with other server.
2) republished it many times and choosed this website updatable when publishing
3) compared local server dll in bin folder with other server.

I just googled "has not been pre-compiled, and cannot be requested" and found lots of suggestions. To stop people wasting their time suggesting things you've already tried, update the "What I have tried" box to say the suggestions you have already used that haven't solved the issue.
