Hello,

I work in my companies IT department and we have an in house software that is used. As of 4/16 one location that we have can not download the newer versions of the software. The error "an error has occurred writing to the hard disk. check if there is enough available space on the disk contact the application vendor" appears. I posted the details below.

What I have tried:

I have tried to run the download as Admin with no success, double checked the firewall settings but the settings seem to be the same as our other locations. We have 10+ locations and this is the only location having this issue. Restarted the entire network for this location at 5am hoping there was a glitch in the modem but same result.

Any help would be great.

It would appear that something has gone wrong with your network drive mappings.
