I was wonder is there a dump of the articles on the code project like the one in Wikipedia and if there is one where I can get it.

What I have tried:

I searched the website but didn't get anywhere

No, it would be pointless since there are so many different subjects, languages, frameworks etc.

I fear there is no centralized repository to simplify your request.
I wonder chich legal usage you world have for this ?

If by "dump", you mean a single place to download all CP articles, no, there isn't.
