That is, If the user enters a complex number as input, The program should loop again and ask the user for input. This loop should continue till the user gives the input as a real number.

What I have tried:

int main()
{
    int u1;

    printf("Enter A Number : ");
    scanf("%d",&u1);

    if (u1 << my_complex &&
    !(u1 << c))
    {
        printf("Condition is not Satisfied !");
    }
}

When a complex number is required, typically the user is asked to enter separately its real and the imaginary part, hence the task is trivial.

Using C99, for instance, you may write

C
#include <stdio.h>
#include <complex.h>

int main(void)
{
  double re, im;
  complex z;

  do
  {
    printf("plaese enter the real part of the complex number\n");

    if ( scanf("%lf", &re) != 1 ) return -1;

    printf("now, plaese enter its imaginary part\n");

    if ( scanf("%lf", &im) != 1 ) return -1;

    z = CMPLX(re, im);

    printf("z = %g+%gi\n", creal(z), cimag(z));

  } while ( cimag(z) != 0.0);

  printf("goodbye.\n");

  return 0;
}

While we are more than willing to help those that are stuck, that doesn't mean that we are here to do it all for you! We can't do all the work, you are either getting paid for this, or it's part of your grades and it wouldn't be at all fair for us to do it all for you.

So we need you to do the work, and we will help you when you get stuck. That doesn't mean we will give you a step by step solution you can hand in!
Start by explaining where you are at the moment, and what the next step in the process is. Then tell us what you have tried to get that next step working, and what happened when you did.
And since your code won't even compile, much less even come close to meeting the requirements, it's pretty clear you haven't put a slost of effort into it so far...

If you are having problems getting started at all, then this may help: How to Write Code to Solve a Problem, A Beginner's Guide[^]
