WMS Service using SharpMap

I'm doing an program, which is running on an local system, with no internet access. I have read multiple places that the Sharpmap can be made to an WMS Service/Server instead of using GeoMaps ore MapServer. But no where does it disscripes how to do it. Are there anybody that can help me. Thanks Morten Starck
