what url to write in facebook og:url?

my company have a asp.net web application . The main login page is default.aspx and the page where i want facebook comment to occur is a page like https://ipadd/folder.facebooktest.aspx in it . so my basic question is when i debug the page in facebook degugger(https://ipadd/folder.facebooktest.aspx) it shows me Final URL is in bold (this is the URL we tried to extract metadata from) which is default.aspx so where i have to keep the meta tags , in default page or in this page https://ipadd/folder.facebooktest.aspx which is using a master page?
