MS SQL connect error

Hi all,

Anyone of you know this error really means? Through SQL Management Studio I can connect to the database, not no through an InstallShield of an application.

Error 27502. Could not connect to Microsoft SQL Server '(local)\SQLEXPRESS'. Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.

Your comments really appreciate.
