How to get number from TextBox to Crystal Report Syntax

I have a web form that has a textbox and crystal report viewer on it. The user is in a session and the textbox shows the session ID. I have a CR code in the report to display the data from the database according to the ID. I can put

C#

{TableCOCINST.inst_id} = 10000

in CR but it will only show that report. I want to show only the report for the user that is currently logged on. How can I get the CR to read the ID number in the textbox?
