New Error when I click the print button

Hello.
I have a web form that a user can input data on the form and save it to the database. The user can also print a report of the data that they just entered. Well, when the user clicks the print button it calls for another page to show the report. I have Server 2003 R2 and CR v13 (2010). Is there a way to show the crystalreportviewer on Server 2003? When that page pops up this error is in it:

 Unsupported Operation. A document processed by the JRC engine cannot be opened in the C++ stack.
