Visual studio 2010 hangs when save page

I search but I did not find any solution for this.
I work with visual studio 2010 but this time when i want to change the aspx file and save visual studio hang up and usage of cpu be 100% and me should end the process.
i uninstall visual and install it but it dose not work correctly.

what can i do?
any solution?
