How to create exe or Setup file of asp.net web application

Hi,
I have the following client requirement.So can you please help me out this.

this application will be install on local computer and allow any computer include ipad and tablet with responsive design in same local network can access

I need very simple setup so I can setup on any computer as I need to.

Actually client want to create a setup file of web project and want,s to run that setup on computer as well as on ipad and tablet with in local network.

So please help me .Thanks in Advance.

Help you with what? Start with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_installation_software, pick a package and study it.

You can't. Each platform has different operating system and hardware. So you would need to write a specific client application for each one.

Really? Can you site a reference for this information? My InstallShield projects work just fine for web applications, at least according to the QA department who tested them and the customers that used them.
