How to Make Call from USB Modem in C#

i have a USB Modem that support Voice calling ..
i have tried this AT Commands

Command Result
AT OK
AT+FCLASS=0 OK
ATD75688xxxxx; OK

when this command got executed then the phone rings but their is a problem when we put call their is no voice received or convey. how to deal with this problem.
