I am doing two Projects 1. for a jewellery Shop 2 for a Optical

Both the Project need Software generated Bar Code. I know how to generate the barcode. But am just asking about sheet or tags where i will take the print. because in case rings, glasses, bangles have special designs tags. Can any one help me how could I get those paper or tags or sheets where a I can take the printed bar code.

If these tags are based on some different barcode standard, you need to name this standard. They all have distinct names.
And then do the Web search. This topic is well covered.
Answering the question does not make much sense: you did not even bother to tag your language, platform, nothing.

There are plenty of businesses that make stick on tags which you can buy in sheets in order to print your information. Just look at all the label types defined in MSWord for some of them.

There are a number of problems here: barcode printing is not just a case of "stick it through the machine and print". Particularly if you are using an inkjet printer, it can be difficult to get a barcode that reads at all, and that remains readable for a good period of time - ink is absorbed into the card and this can cause the black bars to spread, narrowing the white bars - this can render your barcode unreadable, particularly with smaller tickets.

You might need to look at a profession label printer - which will come with teh appropriate material to print on.
