Calling Java API from .Net Application

HI,

How to call Java API from my .net application, as Java API ends in .JSP extension
i tried to add service reference , but it is not allowed.

Please provide me any example.

xxxxxxxxxxxxx/jsp/api.jsp this is my Java API , i want to make call this API from my .Net Application. Please suggest right direction, i tried adding this as a service reference but it didn't worked.
