Solution 1

RichTextBox always enhances a TextBox. It cannot contain the whole page.

Refer - RichTextBox Example using Free TinyMCE Editor in ASP.Net[^].

Here TextBox with ID RichTextBox is actually enhanced to a TinyMCE RichTextBox.
