How to watch over your program?

Dear everyone,
I have a question that i don't know how to describe/talk so that everyone can understand.
My situation: I want to know how many memory that my program took.
I image that i have a textbox with numbers, which present to the memory is took.

Sorry my English is broken.
Hope everyone understand and help me.
I have no idea of it.
