Retrieving the com class factory for component with clsid failed due to the following error: 80040154 (in vs2010 and 64bit OS)

I have tried with both platform targets 'x86' and 'Any CPU' but still I am getting same error in my windows application in VS2010 and 64 bit Operating system.

Please guide me what are the areas I need to change.
