Yeah i have selected the item.
I have tried this one at listbox1_SelectionChanged event and also at onMouseClick.

Yeah I'm running with x86 only. :( And i have installed all 64bit Runtime files for Crystal reports. In all attempts its showing the same error.

Yeah I have tried like that. But its not effecting on the browser. Data is storing in cache of browser and after blocking also sites are loading normally.
But its working after clearing the cache in the browser. But i want the way that effect immediately.

I'm working on employee based software. The requirement is . . need to block some social networking sites in working timings. That's the purpose.
I tried with host file. But its not working fine. because of cache sites are loading normally.
