Yes, you can host .net on their hosting plan. You just need to upload all your files via FTP to their root folder. But if you can, avoid them, don't host your site with them, their support is not too helpful.

It seems you are using crystal report? Is that correct? If yes, you need to make sure that your current provider support crystal report. If not, your application won't work. If you are using crystal report, I recommend you can take a look at asphostportal.com hosting plan. They fully support it.

It seems that your hosting provider doesnt support/install CR on their server. Have you ask them about this issue? Can you make sure that they have installed CR on their server? If they dont support it, your CR wont work. FYI, you can host your CR on asphostportal.com. They fully support it.

Hmm... It will better to use windows hosting environment to host .net site. if you are using SQL server database, then windows hosting should be the best choice for you. .NET 3.5 and .NET Core are not the same, you might need to rebuild your code

You need to contact them. Maybe they overload the server. Or you need to check your code again, make sure that you have optimized your code. If you believe that you have fixed your website problem, then the problem on the server. If they cant fix your issue, just change your hosting provider, you can consider asphostportal.com for windows hosting

It seems that you have fixed your issue. When I browsed to ouronlineexam.com, I see the site is working fine now. If you receive 500 internal server error, you need to check the full error message on the server. Then, you can find what is the exact error message. 500 internal server error is a generic issue. :)

Yeap... You can't use session on shared hosting as it will impact to other client sites on their server. You need to use cookies or asp.net session state.

Please ask your provider to open the suspension first and then please kindly check what's wrong with your code. You need to optimize your SQL query. As if you consume high memory on the server, it will be impact to other client sites on that server too.
