Thankyou so much for commenting my question.

You are right... I would like to make on my own intead of changing someone else source code but I don't have time to make a new one for this big web application and also I can change some source code without debugging but It would be easier If I can debug it.

I tried to make a new web application, added source to my project solution and added the web service-reference but It just build and still can not debug it.

I'm thinking migrate it to WCF service so that I can debug this web application.
