I have installed Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel dll from that location and refrenced the DLL but i got the following error:

"Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel, Version=10.0.4504.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

yes my query returns value from database.
and minimum and maximum value of numeric updown is 1 and 30 respectively
