I have got the same error.
So 1st option I didn't get it, as I am using localhost with secure site https://localhost:44391 etc.
Using self signed certificate.
I have also tried without secure url of same site but that still not working.

2nd option is now no more available, google as deprecated it on last 30th May 2022.

So apart from this anything else do we have as a solution to this issue, so that I can send emails using localhost, gmail SMTP.

I have found some error in typing that long code...
but i get better result by just typing "devenv" in "RUN"...
