i have solved it out but one problem is left.i have problem to calling thread at ones it called successfully but i have calling this using application_start from global.asax page but the problem is it fire only once at application start time so after application start its not fire again so what can i do for calling it again and again.. my code is..

why it is not possible think yaar any other way and i want the all cookies list after publish my Application on client side and i want to restrict admin login using this list's keys.

ya you are right but i want to restrict the user my mean is in my application only 4 user is loged in if user's 5 is coming and 4 user allready logging than number 5 is not able to login...than admin forcefully signout any of the four user and 5 is able to login..so how can i forcefully signout the user.
