We can not use id for multiple textbox.one id for one textbox.that's why I used class.To identify particular textbox i used document.getElementByClassname("phone");

not working properly means.. when I use above count query without GROUP BY it shows/display all record as main query... but last some pages are blank .. which not perfect.
but when I use COUNT query using GROUP BY it display only first page not other pages..

But I have another one problem for the fetching data,
In my code.I have to first select the date using the submit botton for fetching time then after selecting the time again I have to press submit button which ll very irritating to the user of my s/w or program,Can you please tell me how should fetch the values of time using date picker without submit button.Do I need to use ajax?How?Here is my complete code...Please Help!!
