Object reference not set to an instance of an object + SQL Server 2005

I have developed a desktop software for a company and tools are Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005. At the time of implementation I have installed it on server and created a shortcut of .exe file to other nodes. It runs properly on server, but on nodes it shows an error at the time of open, followed by three buttons:-

Unhanded exception has occurred in your application.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object

     [Details]     [Continue] [Quit]

If I click on Details button it shows following details.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

    <system.windows.forms jitdebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Help me out if any one has found the solution.
