I could be facetious here and suggest you use the designer, but...
What are you trying to do? What you have asked is not specific enough that we can give much in the way of useful advice.
"windowsform" does not sit well with "VB.NET" for example.
I realize that this is probably a language problem, but please, edit your question, and try to explain in more detail what you are having difficulty with.

Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.

I think you are looking some sort of theme option.
Fancy Windows Forms[^] might help you out.

Some third party components like Telerik[^] can offer theming support.
