.NET 3.5 is not a language. It's certainly not a framework. There is no way anyone can make sense of this, or attempt to answer it in a meaningful way. You need to edit this post so it contains a real question, with real tags ( framework such as ASP.NET or WPF, language such as VB.NET or C# ), if you want an answer.
