When I add a new row in winform datagridview,need to code or event of datagridview inform me
entering the new row completed.

Needs Clarification.

I don't know what this means but the events that exist on the DataGridView are well documented and you can't just invent more. As far as I can tell, in ASP.NET, it's a gridview, not a datagridview, and it has a RowCreated[^] event.

I suspect you need to edit this question so it asks what you want to know, instead of what you asked, and what I answered.

I know many users ask very bad but this question is so clear, and its answer too.
Also you did not read the question exactly, because it is about WinForm not ASP.NET.
