I'm handling an E-commerce based site for this i need use Drag & drop for adding a new profile photo.So can anyone guide me in using drag and drop for changing profile photo.

As this is ASP.NET, perhaps you mean C++/CLI, not C++. This is a different language...

I am wondering how are you using C++ for writing a ASP.NET website...8-|.. You can use jQuery for drag and drop in a webpage... ( This comment is before you update the question that you need to drag and drop between the user's desktop and the webpage)

but how?. i searched alot for jquery but not a good result...and sorry its c# by mistake i worte c++.
