Seriously, spend millions of dollars on research. It's called speech recognition and even though it's usable today, using pitch and finding inflection or other things are stil university-level research projects that have been going on for decades.

Start here[^]. You'll get recognition abilities with the library in here. As for pitch and inflections and anything else, I wasn't kidding around when I said spend millions of dollars on research.
