Could you paste entire error description generated by .net/vs.

are u installed apache server too?
may be port is distributed both of them apache and iis thats why problem can be occur
you should explain your problem accuartely.

Things to remember to run a asp.net application on your system.
1.check system should have asp.net framework installed .
2. type inetmgr in windows run to check the IIS , if it is not there then add iis from add program and feature .
