why facebook like button is not loading?

yes.. i know fb is blocked that's why its is not loading.. but it keeps my window in processing stage..
now i want the code which first check that if facebook is accessible then only load fb like button otherwise.. show a msg that you have not facebook access and for the same you can not like us on facebook.

thanx for ur support but i think it is to test whether user has liked or not and then depending upon that it perform some action..

If facebook is blocked then you are right, the like button will not load.
