What kind of error are you getting? Also did you publish your application in IIS?

First of all try to check the application on same machine where you have hosted it on IIS , if it is working all right on that machine and still you are facing issue in accessing this application on the other machine.. than check the following.

1- Firewalls should be turned off on both machines.
2-Remote Connectivity should be allowed on both machine.
