How to Add only Unique Values in a Listitem

I want to add only distinct values to a Listitem.(Answer Only For Listitem not for Others)

Then make sure all the items you add are unique.

you can do that by making sure the itemsource items are unique. use the .Distinct().Tolist() to achieve that for system variables or create a stub for objects

how do you bind your list items ? Do you use Lambda Expressions ?
