Event before Radio button check changed

I have 2 radio buttons current and new , and each radio button have related data in single datagridview. so before changing button. I want to ask for saving data and if yes then save it. But as I click another radio button, click change event fires first,data related to another button loads and then it ask for saving. how could I solve this problem.

ok...when I select current radio Button,I load Current schedule in grid,, When new is selected then load new schedule...
Now suppose I have loaded new schedule in grid and make some changes to it,Then before selecting current schedule by checking current radio button, I want to save data of new schedule
