Need help running application - error at client site

Dear All
need help running application error Clint site
I had made an application in vb.net and I have installed client laptop with frame work 2.0 sp1 and frame work SP2 but it shows same error as bellow I past detail kindly see it and help me I use database MS Access and Crystal report I want shows report on crystal report
It work fine on my pc why it shows this error on client site
