HTML Text editor in dotnet

Couold anybody please help me in how to get the HTML tetx editor in dotnet....i cannot use ajax or any external dlls for this...is there any solution

AJAX Toolkit have very good html editor, see this link
HTMLEditorExtender[^]
For other html editor see this too
