Redirect problem in server

I am hosting a web site in the local iis. I made modification in my code and replace it Then i am getting (?ReturnUrl=%2f ) this type of error at the time of redirecting page. i am using Response.Redirect("Default.aspx"). it i works fine in my local machine But in server it doesnot work

after u change r u republish full code or specific page only and replace in iis ?

include true/false option depends on your requirement, like Response.Redirect("Default.aspx",false) it will work
