I am working on a project of overtime for the employee of a company.According to the project requirement the overtime period starts from 16the of the current month and end at the 15the of the next month. But the problem is here with the end date because it is not stable some time the final date becomes 16 some time 18 and even some time it becomes 25.
Now my problem is that if i want to generate or print a report then by default the report or print should be for the current month only .In my opinion it will be very easy if the time frame is fixed. But as i mention that the end date is not stable and it varies time to time.so i do not know how to solve this problem.

My 2nd question is that i want a running total on for individual and as well as for all employee . Please let me guide in detail how to show the running total for both individual and for all employee.

Thanks For your nice support

why it is goes to 16th or 18th? is that next working day if 15th day is a holiday?
you need to clearly identify the requirements and explain to us.

you may need to to store all the holidays for your company in your Database, then you can get next working day if the next month 5th is a holiday.
