network related error 26 on sql server and cannot connect to server

I couldn't Connect my Server From the morning .it Says like below .I googled it but i couldn't Solve that issue

I have Tried this,

SQL Configuration Manager ->
Sql Sever Services
-> Sql Server is Stopped

i am trying To Restart the Sql server services , its throw Exception

Solution 1

You need to enable networking for SQL Express since it is off be default : How to: Enable Network Access in SQL Server Configuration Manager (SQL Server Express)[^]

Check the windows events to see what went wrong. Also a computer restart might help.

i checked Event Viewer it says that Cannot recover the master database. SQL Server is unable to run. Restore master from a full backup, repair it, or rebuild it. what do i do ?
