Solution 1

The source of the Professional version is certainly not available. VS 2010 Professional is a paid product, if the source would be available for everyone then people could use it without paying.

About the Express version, I don't think that source is available. It's a free version, but I couldn't find its source when searching.

The trial version isn't a different version; it's just VS Professional but with a check whether your trial expired. And even if it was, the same here: if it would be open source, people could keep using it without paying.

Visual Studio is not opensource. You also have to pay to use it (unless you are using the trial version).
