Not possible. You need to have a third party provider that will send sms.

Now, since this is your final year project, I would suggest you to kindly do some groundwork before starting the project and asking for any help.
Once you are up with the plan, try it. If you get stuck, share the effort with issue and we will try to put you in correct path.
