In chrome , Firefox and IE 11 aspx page is loading as source code

Hi,

i'm trying to open a url till a folder path (ex. https://abc.com/clientname/foldername/) without login, in IE9 the custom error page (aspx) loads correctly but in chrome and firefox same error page is loading as source code.
Need Help ASAP thanks in advance.
