Can not create work file. Check the TEMP variable in the Autoexec.bat file

Suddenly i am getting this error
"Can not create work file. Check the TEMP variable in the Autoexec.bat file." on production server.

I am readying word template and replace bookmarks with values. it is working fine in development server and earlier it was working nice on both server i am
not able to diagnose. Can anybody expain the solution.

yes. The OS is Windows-2003, Inerop Office 2003.

Yeah although the article says Word 2000, it is likely that the 3 causes mentioned there would be the same or similar with later versions too. So check to see if any of the 3 causes are true in your case.

On this deployment machine, can you directly open the template with Word?

yes, even it write doc file in directory but not execute more than this. and before this it was smoothly working by last 3 months.

Ok, so it's not a programming issue then. If Word itself won't work, then how do you expect to automate this task?
