Hello friends.

Recently a great interest in programming the various desktop applications using the API. Input a word began to applications for the tweeter. Tell me please how to configure moedineniya and how to use API functions of this service?

The twitter api for posting message is relatively simple. The authentication is more difficult. What I used for example is the TFS Build monitor at http://buildmonitor.codeplex.com/ it tweets the TFS build status whenever a build quality changes. Its open source so you could study the source code.
