Hey Guys,

As an experiment, I am developing an application that organizes the directories where your commonly used files are stored. It helps you clean up and methodically structure where things are stored. I want to know where the messy user (much like me or some people I know ;))stores their files... Now, I am not trying to pitch you this program, but I would like to know where Office 2007 programs store a list of recently used files, or a way of finding something akin to this 'list'.

CCleaner can clear the recently used file list, so I am assuming that finding this index would be a relatively straightforward task.

Basically:
1. Where is this list? And how is it formatted? XML?

2. How can I access it in code (C++/.net)?
